The location was fantastic, just steps from the aqueduct. I appreciated the quick response from the staff when my first room was not cleaned properly.

ideal base for exploring segovia's stunning landmarks
Just steps from the iconic aqueduct and a short stroll to charming cafes and the beautiful church of San Esteban, my stay here was perfect for leisurely city walks and soaking in the sights. plus, the friendly staff made everything easy and enjoyable during my two-night stay in a cozy double room attic.

The hotel is conveniently located for exploring Segovia.
I had a miserable experience in the attic room. There was no elevator, which meant dragging my suitcase up multiple flights. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a decent night's sleep. Additionally, the noise from other guests echoed throughout the hall, making my stay less than relaxing.

Charming stay near the aqueduct
The quiet location minutes from the aqueduct made exploring Segovia a breeze. The room was clean, and my interaction with the staff was consistently pleasant, instantly available when I needed help.
However, the internet connection was unreliable on the top floor, which required me to descend to connect. This was a bit inconvenient, especially during the evening.

the cleaning is good, but rumming water down the hall was annoying.

The simple breakfast for 4 euros hit the spot, featuring fresh orange juice, toast, and coffee.
No tea/coffee facility.

can just recommend for a couple of nights
Cozy room, friendly staff, the bed linens were very clean, and I enjoyed the convenience of free Wi-Fi in the rooms, allowing me to plan my day exploring the city with ease.
All was wonderful.

The location couldn't be better, just steps from the aqueduct! My ground floor room was quiet and comfy. The hot shower was delightful after a long day of sightseeing.
But let's just say it takes some real talent to trip over a suitcase on the ground floor. And if I had a euro for every time I bumped my head on the low ceiling, I'd be rich!

The location was a highlight, with stunning views of a nearby medieval church right from the room window. The clean rooms and helpful staff made the experience enjoyable, even when the shared bathrooms were busy. However, the noise from a local brass band practicing on Thursday night was unexpected, and the accommodation lacked breakfast options. Still, the overall value and authentic Spanish feel added a memorable touch to the stay.

The walls were a bit thin, so some noise carried through.
